NCVETBIZ strengthens their Commitment to Empowering Veterans and Military Spouse Entrepreneurs with Renewed Strategic Alliance

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and North Carolina Veterans Business Association (NCVETBIZ) announced the renewal of their longstanding strategic partnership, reaffirming their shared commitment to supporting veteran and military spouse entrepreneurs in North Carolina. This collaboration focuses on providing them with the resources and guidance they need to start, grow, and thrive in their business endeavors.

“Veteran and Veteran Spouse businesses are the backbone of North Carolina and American small businesses. This renewed partnership will continue to strengthen veteran and military spouse entrepreneurs across North Carolina, providing them with the tools and resources they need to turn their dreams into reality.” stated Mark Haupt, former President, and legacy board member of NCVETBIZ.

Through this partnership we will continue to:

  • Expand access to capital and certifications

  • Enhance business development services

  • Promote mentorship opportunities

  • Advocate for veteran/military spouse-owned businesses

“North Carolina Veterans Business Association is proud to join forces once again to empower veteran and veteran spouse owned businesses to become successful entrepreneurs,” said Tanya Jones, President of NCVETBIZ and Founder of Interactive Advocacy.

“The SBA is proud of our longstanding relationship with NC VetBiz,” remarked SBA North Carolina District Director Mike Arriola.  “We look forward to continuing to offer our programs and services to help veteran and veteran spouse owned small businesses start, grow, and succeed.”

Together they are committed to ensuring that veterans and military spouses in North Carolina have the resources and opportunities they need to succeed in business. This renewed partnership builds upon a shared history and represents significant steps in continuing to empower our heroes.
